Evan takes us into her backyard and makes two simple dishes with wild porcini mushrooms. She slices them up raw with celery and parmesan foran incredible salad. Next she shows you how to saute them with red pepper flakes and olive oil for a mouth-watering crostini (toasted bread) that will make you look like a real gourmet.
