A Delicatessen in East Hollywood ()
Chefs Zak Walter and Chris Phelps of Salt's Cure recently opened Storefront, a delicatessen in East Hollywood where everything from the cured meats to the hamburger buns is made in-house. Jonathan recommends the sablefish on a house-made bagel, the BLT, corned beef sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad, braised endive salad and the cheeseburger.
