    Holiday Season

It's that holiday season once again and it's time to start thinking about gift giving: the editor and publisher of one of our favorite magazines, "Cook's Illustrated," is here to give us the top ten rated kitchen gifts for 1997. We'll talk to Marcel Desaulnier, author of "Death by Chocolate," about Death by Chocolate Cookies; food scientist Shirley Corriher tells us how to keep your baked goods from crumbling and drying out if you want to ship them across the country; and gingerbread authority Teresa Layman is here to tell us about this delicious holiday tradition. Also, famed architect Frank Gehry shares design tips on how he would erect his own gingerbread house. Finally, we'll also have the latest installment of the Good Food quiz.
