When and where is the show?
Sunday, October 12, 2008 at the Malibu Performing Arts Center.
Lobby doors: 6:30pm.
Show starts promptly at 7:30pm, latecomers will be seated only after the performance has finished and before the interview starts.

Who is performing?
The evening features a live perfomance by k.d. lang, and an interview with Chris Douridas. For the latest information go to:

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available on-line only through Tix.com. Visit http://www.kcrw.com/sessions when tickets go on sale.

When do tickets go on-sale?
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 16 at 10am. Please note: Tickets are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

How much are tickets?
Prices: $250, $150

How many tickets can I purchase?
There is an 8 ticket limit per household.

Where do the proceeds go?
Proceeds support KCRW.

What happens after I order my tickets?
When your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation number on the Tix.com site.
At the completion of your order, you will also be sent a confirmation email from Tix.com within five minutes, confirming your order and seat assignments.

When will I get my tickets?
All tickets purchased on Tix.com will ship within 1 week of the purchase date. Please note: Tickets purchased after Friday, October 3, 2008 will be held at will-call at the Malibu Performing Arts Center.

Will-call is located at MPAC

When is will-call Open?
Will-call is only open between Friday, October 10 and Sunday, October 12:
Will-Call Hours:
Friday, October 10: 10a – 5p
Saturday, Oct. 11: 10a – 5p
Sunday, Oct. 12: 10a –7:30p
Please note: Your valid I.D. is required to pick-up will-call tickets.

May I have my tickets left at Will Call instead of having them mailed?
No. Tickets cannot be left at will-call unless purchased after Friday, October 3.
Please note: ALL tickets purchased after Friday, October 3 must be picked up at will-call (Hours: Fri. Oct. 10 & Sat. Oct. 11, 10a-5p; Sun. Oct. 12, 10a-7:30p)

What can I do if I am having trouble placing my order online?
Please call KCRW Membership between 10am and 5pm, Monday - Friday at 310-314-4635.

What parking is available?
Convenient, self-assisted parking is available at the venue for $10.

Where can I see a seating chart?
A general seating chart for the Malibu Performing Arts Center will be available at Tix.com as you purchase tickets. Your section, row, and seats will be confirmed during the purchase process. Can I have my tickets mailed to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. Please complete the ship to detail on Tix.com when purchasing tickets.

What if I don't receive my tickets by mail?
If you have not received your tickets within 1 week of purchase, please contact KCRW Membership between 10am and 5pm, Monday - Friday at 310-314-4635.

Can I add to my order?
No. There is a 8 ticket limit per household for this event.

Once I place an order, can I change the credit card number to be billed?
Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we cannot change the credit card number.

Can I cancel my order?
No. All seats are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Is the ticket price tax deductible?
Tickets are partially tax-deductible. The portion of your ticket purchase price that exceeds the fair market value of the event is tax-deductible. For more information please contact KCRW Membership between 10am and 5pm, Monday – Friday at 310-314-4635.
