Taste, Learn, Mix & Mingle.  Discover and enjoy a unique Sancerre from natural winemaker Sebastien Riffault visiting California for the first time. Creating among the most highly regarded wines in Sancerre, he is converting to organic viticulture and is now certified biodynamic. His wines are vinified with a slow-vinification approach. Aged 25, Sebastien is working on a 2-hectare vineyard near Sury-en-Vaux in the Sancerre Appelation area, one of the first  AOC created in 1936.

Do not miss this unique opportunity to meet one of the Loire's rising stars and learn more about the mythic terroirs of the Vallée de la Loire in a casual and interactive atmosphere. Indulge in gourmet bites made by chef/owner Evelyne Joan from Northern France to complement the wine.
