Lobby doors: 5pm; Theater doors: 5:30pm
Audience must be seated by 5:45pm and show starts promptly at 6:00pm. Latecomers will be seated at the first suitable break.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available through kcrw.com.

When do tickets go on-sale?
Ticket sale begins: Tuesday, March 10 @ 8:00AM

How much are tickets and how many can I purchase?
$75 (preferred seating), $50. A limited number of select box seats available at $100 & $50. Special limited number of SMC student tickets available at $20. There is an 8 ticket limit per household.

Where do the proceeds go?
Proceeds support KCRW.

What happens after I order my tickets online?
When your order is complete you will receive a confirmation number on the tix.com site. You will also be sent a confirmation email from tix.com within five minutes, confirming your order and seat assignments.

When will I get my tickets?
All tickets purchased by April 12th will ship within 1 week of the purchase date. All tickets purchased after Sunday, April 12th., 2009 will be held at The Broad Stage box office/will-call to be picked up on the night of the performance.

May I have my tickets left at Will Call instead of having them mailed?
No, only tickets purchased after Sunday, April 12th, 2009 will be picked up at The Broad Stage will-call.

What can I do if I am having trouble placing my order online?
Please call KCRW Membership between 10am and 5pm, Monday-Friday at 310-314-4635.

Where can I see a seating chart?
A general seating chart for The Broad Stage will be available on the website as you purchase tickets. Your section, row, and seats will be confirmed during the purchase process.To access a seating chart once your order is completed follow this link.

Can I have my tickets mailed to an address other than my billing address?
Yes.  Please fill out the “ship to” section  when purchasing tickets.

What if I don't receive my tickets by mail?
If you have not received your tickets within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact KCRW Membership on 310.314.4635.

Can I add to my order?
No. There is a 8 ticket limit per household for this event.

Once I place an order, can I change the credit card number to be billed?
Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we cannot change the credit card number.

Can I cancel my order?
No. All seats are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Is the ticket price tax deductible?
Tickets are partially tax-deductible. The portion of your ticket purchase price that exceeds the fair market value of the event is tax-deductible. For more information please contact KCRW Membership between 10am and 5pm, Monday – Friday at 310-314-4635.
