A master sitarist and heir to a family musical lineage that goes back 300 years, Shujaat Khan is the successor to generations of great musical gurus. Khan, who teaches at UCLA and rarely concertizes, is one-third of the group Ghazal, a musical and historical fusion of classical Persian and Indian music. Shujaat Khan drops by for a 1pm interview with host Tom Schnabel.
