Thomas Golubic offers a new twist to KCRW’s eclectic line-up, offering a unique cinematic sensibility.His show feels like a soundtrack to an imaginary film, integrating bits of score, sound effects and spoken word samples. The show is also an escape from genres, from time periods, and other expectations. You'll hear anything from passionate rock & roll to yearning r&b, both classic and contemporary hip hop, old school funk, jazz and soul, and a good dose of celebratory dance music from all corners of the globe.

After formative years spent producing desperately romantic and unsolicited mix tapes for a host of bewildered young women, Thomas has parlayed that otherwise fruitless ability into a career as a radio and club DJ and as a music supervisor for film and television.
