Tender Forever is the moniker for Melanie Valera, a native of Bordeux, France who now calls Portland, Oregon her home. The new scenery and long, dreary winters have impacted her songwriting, which has a new found emotional clarity and eloquence. The album is No Snare, and Today's Top Tune is "Got To Let Go".
