Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and iconic bassist Bootsy Collins has pioneered funk along with Parliament Funkadelic and James Brown. It's only fitting that Tha Funk Capitol of the World, his first release in five years, features a tribute to the late James Brown, with a rap from Reverend Al Sharpton. Today's Top Tune is "JB-Still the Man."
