Jeff Franca, known as Congo Sanchez, has been deemed "the backbeat of the Washington, DC party scene." We know that's true given some of the folks he's worked with, including Thievery Corporation. He performs just about everything on his debut EP, Volume 1, which includes Today's Top Tune, "Democrazy."
