Loquat Fruit Salad

  • 2 lbs loquats, peeled and pitted
  • A few tablespoons of jam or marmalade
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Nuts
  • A small glass of grappa, if you have no children around or any other liqueur that you prefer.
Make the salad a little ahead of time so that you can stir it as least twice before serving.
