Loquat Fruit Salad
Make the salad a little ahead of time so that you can stir it as least twice before serving.
- 2 lbs loquats, peeled and pitted
- A few tablespoons of jam or marmalade
- Juice of 2 oranges
- A small glass of grappa, if you have no children around or any other liqueur that you prefer.
