Fox News host Megyn Kelly brought up Donald Trump's interactions with women way back at the first Republican debate. Kelly's contract is up next summer, and it's been reported that she's seeking a salary upwards of $20 million, which would put her in a similar earnings range as Fox host Bill O'Reilly.
