It's the end of an era at Fox News following the resignation of news chief Roger Ailes. After former Fox anchor Gretchen Carlson filed a lawsuit accusing Ailes of sexual harassment, other women followed with similar allegations. The breaking point came when Fox's biggest star, Megyn Kelly, said she too had faced unwanted sexual advances from Ailes. In Rupert Murdoch's massive media empire, Ailes created an entire genre of media in the conservative news format, which also turned out to be the most profitable. Now that he is out, Rupert Murdoch has said he will continue to run the network himself, which may initially stop some of Fox's biggest talent from fleeing.
