FROM THIS EPISODE

Apple founder Steve Jobs has lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. He died yesterday at the age of 56. The man President Obama called "bold enough to believe he could change the world and talented enough to do it" is mourned worldwide by people, many of whom learned of his death on one of his devices. We remember Steve Jobs and his impact on the computer industry and society from the first Apple Mac all the way through to the iPhone and iPad. David Green hosts NPR's one-hour special. (4pm)
