Last week, the Orange County Grand Jury released a report suggesting the county create a blue-ribbon committee to fight local government corruption, citing decades of scandals. The report drew a giant shrug from residents, complaints of overreaching from supervisors, and an angry retort from the District's Attorney office, which stated they're on top of the problem.
