LAUSD is spending hundreds of millions of dollars for iPads for every one of its students, yet some are getting hacked - or lost. And we’ve been hearing a lot about the LA Department of Water and Power contract that workers ratified this week - and two shady DWP nonprofits that are now under scrutiny.
