Dudley Moore, British actor, comedian and musician, died this morning at age 66. The cause was pneumonia, a complication of supranuclear palsy, a progressive neurological disease. The multi-talented Moore was probably best known for the films 10 and Arthur. Tony Bill is a producer and director who co-owned the Venice restaurant 72 Market Street with Dudley Moore.
