It was one of George W. Bush's first presidential orders of 2001, months before September 11, and it led to controversy about the separation of church and state. During last year's campaign, Barack Obama surprised a lot of people by saying he'd continue the faith-based initiative. Today he made good on his promise at the annual Prayer Breakfast in Washington.
