FROM THIS EPISODE

Los Angeles hosted the summer Olympic Games in 1932 and 1984.  Chicago has never done so.  But they're the finalists to be America's nominee for the summer games in 2016.  Saturday in Washington, the US Olympic Committee will pick one or the other for the international competition in 2009.  Also, Special Order 40 prohibits LA cops from asking suspects about their immigration status.  Will it stand up in court?
