FROM THIS EPISODE

The Los Angeles Elected Charter Reform Commission rejected a compromise with the city's appointed charter panel, meaning voters will likely have a choice between two complicated reform measures. Will the city's ages-old charter be modernized, or did the "take no prisoners" vote effectively kill reform chances?
