Is It Legal to Force Sterling to Sell the Clippers? 8 MIN, 33 SEC

NBA President Adam Silver has said he wants owners to force Donald Sterling to sell the Los Angeles Clippers, as part of its life-time ban on Sterling for making racist remarks during a recorded conversation. But Sterling could take the league to court for breach of contract. Could a court find that the NBA's charge of racism comes under the heading of an "arbitrary and capricious reason" and amounts to a breach of contract?
