Making News Is It Safe to Go Back in the Water?
After last Friday’s fatal shark attack off Solana Beach in San Diego County, 17 miles of beach were posted with shark warnings. The shark hasn’t been seen again, and today the warnings came down.

In February, actor Wesley Snipes was acquitted of tax fraud and conspiracy, but convicted of failing to file federal tax returns for three years in a row. Those were misdemeanor charges, and Snipes apologized and even tried to make a down payment. But Florida federal judge William Terrell Hodges wouldn’t accept it and he sentenced Snipes to a year on each count - 3 years in federal prison.
