More Oversight for LA County Sheriff's Office 5 MIN, 45 SEC

It's been a year since the Board of Supervisors created a civilian watchdog to investigate such incidents, but it still hasn't decided which records should be made available. A vote is scheduled tomorrow, and Abby Sewell is reporting the story for the LA Times.
