    The favorite parlor game this week for politicos is counting delegates and trading scenarios of what a brokered GOP convention might look like. Who benefits if Republicans head to Tampa at the end of August without a decisive winner? President Obama's poll numbers are down with gas prices up. But what can he do about it? Plus, a Goldman Sachs VP quits very publicly by way of an angry New York Times op-ed in which he calls out the firm for a culture of greed and contempt for the client.
