Obama and Romney Meet in Town Hall Face-off

President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney face off in a town hall forum, at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. Airs Tuesday, October 16, 6-8pm PDT. In this second presidential debate citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization. Moderating tonight's town hall debate is Candy Crowley, Chief Political Correspondent for CNN. Following the 90-minute debate, NPR's Guy Raz hosts a half-hour of analysis from NPR Senior Washington editor Ron Elving, our political analysts E.J. Dionne and Matt Continetti, and several NPR policy reporters.
