Claude Brodesser-Akner was a staff reporter writing at Variety and Daily Variety for close to a decade. He also writes about Hollywood for Premiere, The New York Times Magazine, Los Angeles, Entertainment Weekly and Us Weekly.  An occasional contributor to the daily public radio business program, Marketplace, he is the Los Angeles Bureau Chief for Advertising Age, writing about both entertainment marketing and marketing through entertainment.
