Passing Gun Control before the Sandy Hook Massacre Is Forgotten President Obama and the New York Mayor Bloomberg are coordinating the effort to enact some form of gun control before the Sandy Hook massacre is forgotten. Bloomberg is trying to rekindle it with $12 million in TV spots in 13 states. Yesterday, the President took part in a so-called " Day of Action ." But are they forgetting some major players: the people who actually own 300 million guns that will never be confiscated and never decay? The Trump agenda: where's the beef? President Trump says big things are happening. After celebrating a House bill on health care, he doesn’t yet have Senate agreement. With James Comey’s public testimony scheduled tomorrow, the President today tweeted his selection of a new FBI Director. Is the Chief Executive all style and no substance? Later, terror attacks in Iran and conflicting claims about who’s behind them.
