The Wangs vs. The World Jade Chang is a Los Angeles writer who has just published her first novel . It’s called “ The Wangs Versus the World ” and it’s a story of an immigrant family that loses everything in the ‘08 economic crash and embarks on a life-changing road trip. It’s also a very funny and incisive commentary on contemporary art, design and lifestyle, inspired by Chang’s experience working at Angeleno magazine.
