Lisa Napoli left her job as reporter and back-up host at Marketplace in 2008 to help found a youth-oriented radio station in the Kingdom of Bhutan. She wrote a book about it, called Radio Shangri-La: What I Learned in Bhutan, the Happiest Place on Earth. We at KCRW have tricked Lisa into coming back to news radio, to become our new host of All Things Considered. She not only has a great voice but a style and temperament that try a few new approaches to our afternoon newscast. Her deep connections to LA's cultural scene also ensure we're looking for stories in places we don't always look.
