It’s back! Food Forward’s Can It! Academy returns for a 12 week Food & Cottage Arts Certificate Program taught by Master Preserver Ernest Miller. Classes meet every Wednesday evening at The Farmers Kitchen (1555 Vine Street) from September 18th to December 11th. Expect lessons dedicated to jams, jellies, pickles, dehydration, charcuterie, beer, bread, the new AB 1616 law on cottage food, and SO much more. Best of all, 100% of net proceeds go to help support Food Forward’s programs to harvest food, fight hunger and build community.
