Mark Gold is the chef and owner of Eva Restaurant. He is taking advantage of the many varieties of tomatoes at the Santa Monica Farmers' Market for his Tomato Confiture, a simple preparation that resembles a homemade tomato paste. He uses it on burgers, breakfast sandwiches and more.
