They prepare the baby potatoes with Vegenaise, a vegan-cream filling, or vegan crema, and nutritional yeast. They accompany this tasty hors d'oeuvre with Deus Brut des Flandres, a beer brewed in Belgium that's shipped to France and aged in oak barrels.
