Hosted by

In The Hollywood Reporter a couple of weeks ago, Kim broke the story of NBC's behind-the-scenes plans to replace Jay Leno in the Tonight Show seat with Jimmy Fallon. Since then the news has kept coming. The only remaining question -- aside from what Conan O'Brien feels about all this-- is when the transition will happen and will Leno go quietly.
