Born Jamie Roberts, Blawan emerged in the early 2010s with releases on labels like Hessle Audio, R&S Records, and Clone. His breakout track Why They Hide Their Bodies Under My Garage? became an underground anthem. Known for pushing the boundaries of techno, his music incorporates industrial textures, modular synth work, and experimental rhythms. Beyond solo work, Blawan has collaborated in projects such as Karenn (with Pariah) and Trade (with Surgeon). His live and DJ sets are intense explorations of the darker, more abrasive edges of electronic music, earning him a dedicated following in the underground techno world.
