Film director Miguel Arteta's film Star Maps caused quite a stir at 1997's Sundance Film Festival. It tells the story of Carlos and his dream of becoming a movie star, a dream takes him into the seedier side of Los Angeles. He works as a vendor of star maps which is a front for a prostitution ring. The film features a thumping good rock en espa-ol soundtrack and we have both Miguel Arteta and his co-leading lady, Lysa Flores, in studio, talking about the film and the music.
