Brooklyn-based artist Blair recorded her debut full length in her hometown of New Orleans - employing an army of local musicians, borrowing equipment and making studios out of closets. Her collection of turbulent yet beautiful songs, Die Young, caught the ear of LA label Autumn Tone. Today's Top Tune is "Rampage."
