The release date is still tbd for Stone Throw Records’ full tribute album to 1973’s Hosono House — the debut solo LP from Yellow Magic Orchestra founding member Haruomi Hosono. But we do have the latest single from it: a smoothed out version of the homespun funk cut “Bara To Yaju” as interpreted by a very worthy successor to YMO’s electro-pop-funk mastery, Cornelius.
