Jonathan Gold visits Little Sheep, a new hot pot restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley. He suggests the cuttlefish balls, lamb dumplings, pea sprouts, potatoes and freeze dried tofu for hot pot and his favorite sauce combination includes sesame oil, a lot of chile and a dash of sweet soy sauce.
