Jonathan Gold is the Pulitzer Prize-winning food writer for the Los Angeles Times. This week he reviews Brodard Chateau, a restaurant in Garden Grove specializing in central Vietnamese cuisine. Jonathan says the draw is their nem nuong, a popular Vietnamese street food.
