Jonathan Gold Explains What a Metropolis II Pie Might Look Like

Hosted by

Jonathan Gold is a Pulitzer Prize-winning food writer for the Los Angeles Times and regular Good Food contributor. In the late 1970's, before he began writing about food, he worked as a studio assistant to artist Chris Burden. Coincidentally, the art-inspired category in this year's 4th Annual Good Food Pie Contest is based on Burden's installation, Metropolis II. So Evan asks Gold for some suggestions on what a Metropolis II-inspired pie might look like.
