Do you like Chinese food? Probably not as much as David Chan, a local businessman who has eaten at over 6,000 Chinese restaurants. Speaking of Chinese food, Jonathan Gold discovers his new favorite soup dumpling in LA and Sang Yoon describes traditional night markets in Asia.
