California's $330 million tax incentive program for film and TV productions seems to be paying off. Recent numbers show that shooting days here in LA are up more than 50 percent compared to last year, and it's not just the big television dramas that're filling up the backlots. Amazon, Hulu and Netflix are throwing more money into programs of their own – employing actors, gaffers, videographers, even caterers that were recently out of a job.
