LA City, County Take Dead Aim at Homelessness

At last count, there were more than 44,000 people living on the streets of Los Angeles County. That's a 12% increase from just a couple years ago -- and that number is still growing. Well over half reside in the city of LA, and with heavy rains expected this winter LA's homeless crisis has reached a critical juncture. Kevin Roderick looks at how the City and County are responding to the problem.
