Chicago Police under Investigation, Trump Muslim Ban

The US Justice Department is investigating the Chicago police department after a fatal shooting of Laquan McDonald was caught on video. Protesters are calling for the resignation of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, alleging a cover up. Are police departments and city governments corrupt nationwide?

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump proposes banning Muslims from entering the United States. Republicans are divided over the plan. Rich Lowry says the proposal is an overreaction to what has been an under reaction to terrorism on American soil. Kai Wright says we are searching for an easy answer to a really complicated problem. "There isn't any profiling program that is ever going to work, in addition being un-American."
