The Supreme Court agreed this week to take up three cases challenging several key elements of President Obama's healthcare reform law. The Court granted five and a half hours of hearing time, a large amount by Supreme Court standards. Finally, can the Congressional budget Super Committee on deficit reduction come through, and will it matter if it doesn't make next week's deadline?
