The Ukraine, Shrinking the Military, and Gay Marriage

Ousted Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych says he did not order forces to fire on protesters. Our panel discusses the threat to Ukrainian territorial integrity and its fragile economy. The Pentagon announces it will shrink the US Army to pre-World War II levels. In Arizona this week Governor Jan Brewer vetoed a law that would have allowed private businesses to cite religious beliefs as a defense against lawsuits over discriminatory treatment.
