Obama Marks End of US Combat Mission in Iraq

President Obama will address the nation from the Oval Office on Tuesday, August 31 at 5pm. The speech mark the date by which he had pledged to remove all US combat troops from Iraq, an achievement open to some debate. KCRW will carry live anchored coverage of the speech.
