The presidential primaries are usually decided by the time they reach California. But 2016 is shaping up to be one of the more unpredictable presidential contests in years. If the Democratic and Republican presidential primaries stretch out for months, then California's huge cache of delegates could have an impact on the race come June 7. Warren Olney talks to Democratic strategist Bill Carrick and Dan Schnur, the director of the Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics at the University of Southern California.
