Earlier this month, former Anaheim city councilwoman Lorri Galloway shocked everyone when she announced she would run against current mayor Tom Tait. The two had long been allies on the Anaheim City Council against a majority critics deem beholden to corporate interests. Galloway told media she had asked Tait to run for council because she feels more equipped to take on their shared opponents; Tait refused. Will this battle between former friends guarantee that the other side wins or is Galloway's ploy perfect?
